Joining Brightline Rewards
Brightline Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem them for future Brightline travel. As a Brightline Rewards Member, you’ll also enjoy special savings in the stations and get exclusive access to member-only deals, sweepstakes, and events.
Joining is easy. Just log into your Brightline account on the website or app, and you’ll see a prompt to join Brightline Rewards. If you don't have a Brightline account yet, you can create one on the website or app and opt in to Brightline Rewards during sign-up.
No. Brightline Rewards is free for all Brightline account holders.
To join Brightline Rewards, just log out and back into your Brightline account, and the prompt to join Brightline Rewards will appear again.
Earning Points
You’ll earn 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made while logged into your Brightline account through GoBrightline.com or the Brightline app. For a limited time, all eligible purchases will earn triple points – that's 15 points for every dollar spent. To earn triple points, purchase and travel by June 3, 2025.
You’ll earn points on train tickets, multi-ride packs, daily and monthly parking, baggage fees, pet fees, and SMART or PREMIUM upgrades. Points are not earned on taxes or fees, and they don’t apply to travel agent bookings, corporate-allocated rides, or complimentary tickets. If you see points pending that include taxes, don’t worry. Your total will be adjusted when the final points are added to your account.
Yes, Brightline Rewards is offering a launch bonus promotion. From now through June 3, 2025, Brightline Rewards Members earn triple points—15 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases and rides taken by June 3, 2025. Bonus points won’t show up as pending on your Brightline Rewards dashboard, but will appear in your account after you complete your ride. To receive triple points on multi-ride packs, all rides must be completed by June 3, 2025. For monthly parking, the purchase must be made on or before May 4, 2025 to qualify for the triple points bonus.
Points are added to your account within 48 hours after your ride is completed.
Yes. Points expire after 12 months of no account activity. That means if you haven’t earned or redeemed any points during that time, your balance will reset.
No. Points are only earned on purchases made after you join the program.
Redeeming Points
You can redeem points at checkout for eligible purchases when booking through GoBrightline.com or the Brightline app. There's no minimum balance required to use your points.
You can use points toward train tickets, upgrades, baggage fees, pet fees, daily parking, multi-ride packs, and monthly parking.
Yes. If you don’t have enough points to cover your full purchase, you can combine points with a credit card, Brightline Credit, or a Brightline Gift Card.
If you cancel or modify a booking paid with points, the value of those points will be returned to you as Brightline Credit.
Exclusive Perks
As a Member, you’ll enjoy exclusive in-station savings when you show your digital Member card. This includes 10% off at Mary Mary Bar and MRKT, plus early access to special offers, limited-time promotions, and members-only perks throughout the year. During launch, look out for extra perks and sweepstakes just for members.
Account Management
Log into your Brightline account on the website or app and head to the Brightline Rewards section under My Account. You’ll see your current points balance, pending points, and full transaction history.

Launch-Specific Details
We’re asking all Brightline account holders to log in and opt in to Brightline Rewards so you can start earning points and accessing the benefits of the program.
Travel agents are not eligible to earn points. Employees of Brightline may earn points on purchases, not on employee passes.
