Joining Brightline Rewards
Brightline Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem them for future Brightline travel. As a Brightline Rewards Member, you’ll also enjoy special savings in the stations and get exclusive access to member-only deals, sweepstakes, and events.
Joining is easy. Just log into your Brightline account on the website or app, and you’ll see a prompt to join Brightline Rewards. If you don't have a Brightline account yet, you can create one on the website or app and opt in to Brightline Rewards during sign-up.
No. Brightline Rewards is free for all Brightline account holders.
To join Brightline Rewards, just log out and back into your Brightline account, and the prompt to join Brightline Rewards will appear again.
Earning Points
You’ll earn 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made while logged into your Brightline account through GoBrightline.com or the Brightline app.
You’ll earn points on train tickets, train passes, daily and monthly parking, baggage fees, pet fees, and SMART or PREMIUM upgrades. Points are not earned on taxes or fees, and they don’t apply to travel agent bookings, corporate-allocated rides, or complimentary tickets. If you see points pending that include taxes, don’t worry. Your total will be adjusted when the final points are added to your account.
Points are added to your account within 48 hours after your ride is completed.
Yes. Points expire after 12 months of no account activity. That means if you haven’t earned or redeemed any points during that time, your balance will reset.
No. Points are only earned on purchases made after you join the program.
Travel agents are not eligible to earn points. Employees of Brightline may earn points on purchases, not on employee passes.
Redeeming Points
You can redeem points at checkout for eligible purchases when booking through GoBrightline.com or the Brightline app. There's no minimum balance required to use your points.
You can use points toward train tickets, upgrades, baggage fees, pet fees, daily parking, train passes, and monthly parking.
Yes. If you don’t have enough points to cover your full purchase, you can combine points with a credit card, Brightline Credit, or a Brightline Gift Card.
If you cancel or modify a booking paid with points, the value of those points will be returned to you as Brightline Credit.

As a Member, you’ll enjoy exclusive in-station savings when you show your digital Member card. This includes 10% off at Mary Mary Bar and MRKT, plus early access to special offers, limited-time promotions, and members-only perks throughout the year.
Account Management
Log into your Brightline account on the website or app and head to the Brightline Rewards section under My Account. You’ll see your current points balance, pending points, and full transaction history.
