RETAIL MIGRATION TO BRIGHTLINE MIAMICENTRAL CONTINUES WITH MULTIPLE OPENINGS IN 2025
Brooklyn Dumpling Shop’s Florida Debut, Rosetta Bakery, Face. Brow & Beauty Bar and more
Miami, FL (March 11, 2025) – Brightline MiamiCentral continues to be a catalyst for downtown Miami, announcing six tenants slated for opening in 2025, within the signature downtown transportation hub. The new retail tenants include Miami favorite Rosetta Bakery now open, the first Florida outpost of Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, Face. Brow and Beauty Bar and an AT&T store. Additional brands slated to open this year include the Green Chicken Miami and Verizon. The new Brightline MiamiCentral offerings collectively illustrate the continued demand for retail space in the “New Downtown Miami.”
MiamiCentral is a dynamic mixed-use development at the heart of downtown Miami’s transportation hub. The project features 816 luxury rental residences above the station, alongside retail spaces and approximately 300,000 square feet of office space, home to tenants such as Blackstone, Ernst & Young, Uber, Carlton Fields, and Viacom. Annual footfall in and around MiamiCentral is over 5.5 million with 37,000 residential units within one mile. MiamiCentral brings new energy to downtown Miami, redefining its urban landscape.

Complementing the luxury rentals and office space of the transportation hub, the new retail tenants include:
- AT&T: The 1,455-square-foot AT&T Store that opened in February offers a convenient touchpoint for customers’ wireless and home entertainment needs.
- Brooklyn Dumpling Shop: Opening its first Florida location, Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is a fast-growing, hospitality & inspired culinary driven concept serving classic & fusion dumplings, bowls, bites and boba. Cuisine includes fan favorites Wagyu Beef Potstickers, Korean BBQ Ribeye Dumplings and - just for Miami - Cuban Sandwich Dumplings you have to try. Alongside dumplings, Brooklyn Dumpling Shop serves delicious chef-curated bowls, tempura bites and Asian-inspired sides like sea salt edamame and cucumber salad, coupled with craft boba beverages. Its cuisine is perfect for on-the-go, dining in, delivery and catering and they look forward to being committed members of our Downtown Miami community. - Face. Brow & Beauty Bar: Face. Brow & Beauty Bar is a fast-growing sanctuary for self-care with current locations in Brickell and Midtown. Its third locale at MiamiCentral will feature over 2,000 square feet including private rooms and multiple stations.
- Rosetta Bakery: Miami favorite Rosetta Bakery returns to MiamiCentral in a new location and now open. The beloved Italian bakery known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and desserts, just opened at the beginning of March on the second floor of Brightline MiamiCentral.
Additional openings anticipated by the end of 2025 include:
- The Green Chicken Miami: A family-owned restaurant leasing over 2,400 square feet, The Green Chicken Miami will serve chicken, burgers, sandwiches and healthy bowl options slated to open by the end of 2025.
- Verizon: Rounding out current leases is a 1,487 square foot Verizon store location that is also scheduled to open by the end of 2025.
The new MiamiCentral offerings collectively illustrate the continued demand for retail space in the “New Downtown Miami.” The transformation of this area is largely attributed to the allure of the intercity rail hub, making Brightline MiamiCentral a pivotal destination for businesses.
Located at Northwest 1st Ave., between Northwest 3rd St. and 7th St. MiamiCentral is the premier business, leisure, dining, and transportation hub with tenants including Joe and the Juice, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Powerhouse Gym, and class-A office space.
