With nearly three decades of experience as a restaurateur, working hands-on and heart-in-it, Mike knew where YOT should be situated: in one of the most breathtaking waterfront locations imaginable, within the Lauderdale Marine Center. Mike is also the impresario behind Jet Runway Café and Silver Lining Inflight Catering.
